Because it handles unstructured resumes in most major document formats, your staff can upload resumes into your database no matter the source: job boards, email, your client's website, etc. We even have an optional mail handling module that will identify the resume either in attachments or in the body of the email and then screen for viruses and duplicates. Automated extraction eliminates the high cost of manual data entry - so you no longer need to retain staff to enter candidate details.

And because resumes are uploaded within 1 to 2 seconds, your recruiters have access to promising candidates up to one week sooner - giving you a big edge in filling vacancies ahead of the competition.

And while our searching and matching technologies help you weed out unqualified applicants, LensXRay™ also helps you speed the review of resumes that do warrant a recruiter's attention. By reformatting candidate CV's in a custom template, resumes are easier to read since all of the candidate information always appears in a standard, easy-to-find format.

Parsing also improves candidate experience. By embedding LensXRay™, you can pre-populate candidate application forms or free candidates from completing forms altogether. Burning Glass customers have experienced decreases in abandoned applications of up to 35%.
